Starting today…not tomorrow, not on New Year’s Day, but today…I am going to be attempting at one least new exercise routine or idea each day that I’ll be posting on my Fitness board on Pinterest…these will be fitness and exercise routines that are easy enough for even ME to try, and I’m a true slug.
