Freeze your own homemade cookie dough

Make a big batch of your favorite cookie dough, scoop onto cookie sheets and freeze. When they are frozen solid put them in freezer bags. When you NEED cookies, bake as few or as many as you NEED without lots of waste or guilt. Just add 1 to 2 minutes to the cook time.

 

 

You can also make “slice-and-bake” cookie dough by shaping it into a cylinder, and freezing it wrapped in foil.

5-Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa
  • 1 Egg(s)
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 3 tbsp Chocolate Chips (optional)
  • a small splash of Vanilla
  • the biggest Mug you can find

  1. Add all the dry ingredients to the mug,and mix well.

  2. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.

  3. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
    Add the chocolate chips (if usuing) and vanilla extract. Mix again.

  4. Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 wats on high.
    The cake will rise way over the top of the mug, but don’t be alarmed! It’ll go back down in a little bit.

  5. Allow it to cool a bit, and tip it out onto a plate if you want.
