Emperor’s New Groove | “No touchy”

The image I posted earlier, the one of the monkey and the puppy, where the monkey indicates, “Please sir…no touching of the dog,” reminded me of the little cartoon “No Touchy”clip from Emperor’s New Groove. Remember that? My kids and I STILL pull that one on one another occasionally, and then laugh like loons.

If you don’t know what I’m talking about, here it is, a whopping 5 seconds that has given us years of amusement.
